About the Founder
Mission Ready Contracting is owned and led by Jonathan Gallegos, an Army combat veteran and 100% permanently and totally disabled Service‑Disabled Veteran. Jonathan’s background includes service with the 173rd Airborne, leadership as Director of Respiratory Services within the VA healthcare system, executive roles in federal employee unions, and ownership of licensed care and construction businesses. He also owns Builtec, Inc., a California Class B general contractor, and Revival Senior Living, a licensed residential care facility. That combination of field construction, healthcare operations, and SDVOSB leadership is what MRC brings to every project.
